We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Novus/Discover. We do not accept checks, money orders or C.O.D.. All prices and transactions are in U.S. Dollars.

YourLUME will comply with the following Sales Tax Rules:
• Washington State Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be added to orders received in the State of Washington. Washington State requires a local and state sales tax be charged on the total amount of an order, inclusive of shipping charges, if applicable. A base state tax rate and a local tax rate of the ship to address are both factored in to the total tax charged. The combined sales tax total will appear along with any other pricing information when checking out and completing your purchase.
• New York State Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be added to orders received in the State of New York. New York State requires a local and state sales tax be charged on the total amount of an order, inclusive of shipping charges, if applicable. . A base state tax rate and a local tax rate of the ship to address are both factored in to the total tax charged. The combined sales tax total will appear along with any other pricing information when checking out and completing your purchase. There may be some exemptions for certain clothing or footwear according to New York State sales and use tax regulations.
Help: Out-of-Stock Items
Our site updates within seconds when a product goes out-of-stock. We are not able to create individual future orders for out-of-stock products. However, on the pull-down menu on the product page there is an opt¬ion called “Other Sizes/Colors?”. Choosing that will allow you to sign up to be notified once the item comes back into stock.
Though we do our best to make sure the products we offer are always available, we occasionally sell out of particular items after it has been ordered. In that case, we will notify you as quickly as possible and you will not be charged for that item. If your order contains multiple items, we will adjust the out-of-stock item off of your order so that we can send the remaining items out to you without delay.
Help: Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order after it has already gone through, please email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) so that we can put a stop to your order as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, you will not have been charged (the pending authorizations will come off within a few business days). If your order has already been shipped, you can either refuse the package or send it back marked “Return to Sender.” Once we receive the package back we will credit your account.
